
What's Included
Off Ice Workouts - We create a custom workout plan based on equipment availability, age, and workout experience. You will receive 2-3 workouts per week. All workouts are hockey specific and include mobility, plyometrics, agility, and strength training.

Off Ice Skills - You will receive our “At Home” Training Programs, which include stickhandling, shooting, and rollerblading (if applicable). All of the drills include video demonstrations to make it easier to follow.

Video Sessions - We will meet 1 time per month through Google Meet. These video sessions cover a variety of topics all geared towards developing an understanding of how the game is played. If game footage is available, we will watch your shifts from the game and go over things you did well or things to improve on. We go over habits, positioning, and many other details that are taught at the college or professional level.

Accountability - We will add you to a group chat so that we can have direct contact to answer any questions, touch base on how games went, and check in on training each week.

This program isn't a one-size-fits-all solution; it demands a daily commitment to improvement for those aiming to reach higher levels in hockey. We take each participant under our wing, cheering them on at every turn. Our desire for everyone's success matches their own.
